The process is simple. Just visit our website, select the apartment you would like to rent, and fill in a contact form. Our team will contact you to guide you through the booking process and the necessary requirements.

Are the properties ready to occupy?

All studios come fully furnished and equipped with electrical appliances. If you choose a furnished 1 or 2-bedroom apartment, it comes with everything you need to move in, from furniture to a fully equipped kitchen with appliances. If you prefer an unfurnished apartment, you are free to furnish and decorate it as you wish.

Is there a minimum and maximum rental term?

We offer a range of rental contracts on a case-by-case basis. You can check the options available for each property by contacting our team directly, 24 hours a day.
